At Lenox Corporation, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your home and dining collections. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Lenox gift boxes and protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely and are eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
